The subscription fee is all-inclusive of hosting, domain registration, SSL, and platform access. There are no setup fees, migration fees, or additional charges beyond the stated subscription price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support@brandyou234.com. Upon cancellation:
Given the automated nature of website provisioning (your website is live within 60 seconds of payment), we operate a limited refund policy:
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or input into the Platform, including your firm name, biography, practice descriptions, case results, testimonials, team photos, and contact details ("Your Content").
By submitting Your Content, you grant BrandYou234 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform to you. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights in the Platform to you.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Platform, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

Upon cancellation, we will initiate a domain transfer to a registrar of your choice. You must request this transfer before the 30-day data retention period expires. Unclaimed domains will expire and be released to the public registry.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for all hosted websites. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible. Unplanned outages will be communicated via WhatsApp and email.
Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including force majeure events, infrastructure failures of third-party providers (e.g. Contabo, Cloudflare), or NITDA/NCC-mandated actions — do not constitute a breach of these Terms and do not entitle subscribers to compensation or refunds.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
